I led the end-to-end build of a regulated crypto trading product within a multi-vertical financial services business, taking it from early strategy through to go-live readiness. The product was built on third-party APIs across onboarding, payments, wallets, quotes, and trading, requiring close coordination across internal teams, external providers, and compliance stakeholders.
